Two of progressive music’s most exciting guitarists are joining forces for a special double-headline tour this winter — and it’s shaping up to be something quite special.
IO Earth’s own Dave Cureton and the legendary Mike Keneally — celebrated collaborator of Frank Zappa, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, and Devin Townsend — will hit stages across the UK and the Netherlands in November and December 2026 as The Mike Keneally Report & Dave Cureton.
Mike Keneally has described Dave as “a fantastic player and a great friend,” and the feeling is clearly mutual. Dave says: “I’ve been a big admirer of Mike’s for years, so I can’t wait to hit the stage with him. We’re putting the guitar front and centre, and who knows… there might be some seriously fun jamming along the way. If you love guitar, this one’s got your name on it!”
Audiences can expect an evening that spans virtuosic technique, fearless improvisation, humour, and real musical chemistry — the kind of show that only happens when two world-class players genuinely love what they do.
